We are holding the Sprints on Tuesday 6th June and Friday 9th June. These races are 50m for all 4 strokes – not 200m and I.M. Please make sure that you bring your swimmer to these as we need upto date times. The swimmers who are 7 yrs and under will do 25m of all the strokes (Final decision on who will swim fly and breast with Carole).

Seals Open Meet results
Well done to all the swimmers. They did an amazing job for the club (and themselves), and should be really proud of their performances.
We had several top 10 finishes with a few of the best results being.
1st place for Anna 50m free
4th Henry in the 100m free
8th Sofia 50 free

the next event is 22/23 July.
I will need entries by 12th June to give me time to submit entries.
