Please book in with Anne or Carole by the 13th November with the distance you want to do. Anne or Carole will advise you on the distance you could achieve, but 2nd session swimmers should be thinking of 3000, 4000 or 5000 metres. Don’t panic – you can swim a variety of strokes during the swim.
